Staff is seeking Change Orders totaling $90,611.13 in additional costs bringing total cost of the project to $8,585,611.13 

1. $96,281.52 Removal of 320 feet of new Storm Drain.

2. $20,403.69 Fix existing fire line

3. $7,070.20 CAD drawings were not available so Contractor used dimensions from drawings and now has to adjust the pad by 2'

4. (33,144.28) Credit for not demolishing and replacing concrete at existing fire lane.

Total $90,611.13 

Total Project Cost $8,585,611.13
