I can not tell people how many of these type of letters I receive- I cannot respond because they never leave me any contact information. So I though I would post a response:

CUSD has given every employee an across the board compensation increase for the past five years totaling over $150 million dollars. That is while we have the largest class sizes in the OC and the nation, while our facilities need $180 million in "Emergency" Repairs. At the same time students do not receive instruction that meets California "Recommended" state standards unless want parents would like to tax themselves a second time by fundraising for them. 

To respond to the letters question CUSD always said everything is a 3- legged stool- every employee group receives the same percentage increase- well this teacher is contesting this ... and my guess is they are correct because every tip I have ever received from an employee is absolutely 100% correct when I do the research.

This might not really explain just how much "certain"  employees make because Tesoro has had an Interium principal for a full year Dr. Burtch - my Public Records Request have provided documentation that in addition to his "Salary" as a CUSD principal he also receives compensation under a company owned by his wife... and when you call the company it goes to HIS personal Cell Phone.

So I believe this teacher.

I am honest when my research shows that the priority at CUSD is adult jobs AND NOT what is in the best interest of educating students.

Unless taxpayers demand more- nothing will change. I can expose these illegalities- but parents and tax payers need to make the change.
