CUSD Facilities Condition Assessment Districtwide

Executive Summary Final Report

CUSD's Measure M claimed that CUSD needed $889 million dollars to fix and maintain facilities. The Kitchell Facilities Condition Assessment that was just released November 1, 2017 shows facilities needs of $382,020,000 ($180 million are emergency repairs; threats to the health and safety of students, that should be reported as Williams Complaint violations).

The Public was right to vote down the $889 million dollar Measure M Bond that would have created a $500 million dollar slush fund for CUSD.
