1) Costs were prepared without a detailed facilities master plan.
2) Costs were prepared based on preliminary scope and without defined environmental requirements and design concepts. Once projects commence, costs may be subject to change.
3) Costs presented are estimates only and are based on average industry pricing."
They made this $76.6 million dollars up out of thin air.

According to the Kitchell Facilities Assessment report, Dana Hills High School needs $15.6 million in repairs and maintenance to be completed by 2022. [Year 1 June 2017- 5 Year Plan]
CUSD must fix Priorities #1 - #5 in order for facilities to reach a minimumlevel of health and safety.
According to the Kitchell Facilities Assessment report, Niguel Hills Middle School needs $9.2 million in repairs and maintenance to be completed by 2022 [Year 1 June 2017- 5 Year Plan ] in order to bring facilities up to minimum health and safety standards.
CUSD mustfix Priorities #1 - #5 in order for facilities to reach a minimum level of health and safety. This is a MUST DO before any other money is spent on new construction.
