They made this $76.6 million dollars up out of thin air.

According to the Kitchell Facilities Assessment report, Dana Hills High School needs $15.6 million in repairs and maintenance to be completed by 2022. [Year 1 June 2017- 5 Year Plan]

CUSD must fix Priorities #1 - #5 in order for facilities to reach a minimum level of health and safety.

Niguel Hills Middle School Facilities Condition Assessment

According to the Kitchell Facilities Assessment report, Niguel Hills Middle School needs $9.2 million in repairs and maintenance to be completed by 2022 [Year 1 June 2017- 5 Year Plan ] in order to bring facilities up to minimum health and safety standards.

CUSD must fix Priorities #1 - #5 in order for facilities to reach a minimum level of health and safety. This is a MUST DO before any other money is spent on new construction.
