Complaint Filed November 20, 2017 CUSD has 30 Capistrano Working Days to remedy the Emergency Repairs. CUSD must respond to the Complainant within 45 Capistrano Working Days of receipt of the Complaint. CUSD needs to respond by February 11, 2017. Complainant has 15 days to Appeal CUSD's decision to the CDE if the response is not satisfactory. The Appeal must contain a copy of the original complaint to CUSD and a copy of CUSD's decision. I would also like to call attention to Capistrano Unified School District November 8, 2017 Board of Trustees Meeting Agenda Item #5 Contract with KYA Services LLC at page 138 Flooring Project (Moisture Test) I am concerned about Mold issues for these students.
